Snuggly RC Rider Sweatshirts
Home -> About -> Buy Merchandise ->

Smart and snug, the new RealClassic Rider Sweatshirt is perfect for making your winter classic bike rides just a little less chilly around the Trossachs...

Brr. Nights are drawing in again. Ice on the roads, frost on the saddle. (Insert your own 'winter draws/drawers on' joke at this point). Normally at this time of year we tend to add something wildly inappropriate to the range of RC regalia, like a teen-eeny polka dot bikini, but in a stroke of organisational genius we've come up trumps with a cosy new RealClassic sweatshirt, just in time for winter.*

We knew Frank had lost weight, but...

The RC Rider sweatshirts are a very practical navy blue in colour, made of 50/50 poly-cotton so they're warm to wear and retain their shape after washing. If you do happen to get your RC sweatshirt grubby in the garage then it's machine washable at up to 60-degrees. The shirts have Lycra ribbed cuffs, midrif and neck, with twin stitching in all the important places.

We've returned to a traditional RC theme for the design, with the front proclaiming that the wearer is a RealClassic Rider - although the motif alongside the lettering is new, and we rather like this dashing art deco chap with his silk scarf flapping in the breeze. The back of each shirt tells the world that you're also a RealClassic Reader.

RC Scarcves next, perhaps?...

RC Rider sweatshirts are available in a range of sizes; Small (38" chest), Medium (40"), Large (42-44"), XL (46"), 2XL (48") and 3XL (52"). They come up quite roomy, with space inside for another layer or two (which makes them ideal for chilly rides on frosty mornings). The Small is suitable for ladies size 10 to 12; Medium 12 to 14, and so on.

You're welcome to try an RC Rider Sweatshirt in person at any event where the RC Crew are manning the stand, and you'll save a couple of quid on postage that way, too. Otherwise, you can order online with a card via our secure payment site.

So the RealClassic Rider Sweatshirts cost:

  • £13.95 including delivery to the UK
  • £15.95 including delivery to everyone else, everywhere else

    If you'd rather pay by cheque then that's fine.

    Please make your cheque payable to RealClassic and send it to: PO Box 99, Horncastle LN9 6LZ

    Don't forget to tell us who you are, where you live, what you want and what size it should be.

    We've seen photos of the old RC Rugby Shirts as far afield as the Hebrides and Hindu Kush. Wonder how far the new snuggly sweatshirts will travel? Arctic Circle, anyone?

    Hat, mug, sweathsirt? She's got the lot...

    There's more RealClassic merchandise here...

    *Of course, if you're reading this in July then all of that gibberish about it being winter is entirely out of kilter with your climactic reality. Unless you live in Australia, of course. Hmm. Best stop now, while marginally ahead
