RealClassic Tea-Towel
We’re almost certain you’d rather be riding your real classic bike than doing the dratted drying up. However, when domestic duty calls, the RC tea towel comes to your rescue! Hey, it's Friday...
We’re not entirely terrified of new technology here at RCHQ, so we understand that some of you may use one of those new fangled mechanical dishwashing devices to scrub your domestic pots and pans. However we are still firmly rooted in traditional techniques and methods, so stick to the old fashioned bowl of soapy water for washing. After all, it helps to get the grease and grime out of delicate digits, dunnit? Once washed, our clean crockery and gleaming glasses need a quick wipe over with a suitable tea-towel to finish the job, wipe away the suds and leave a spiffy sparkle. Here at RCHQ we have historically used tea-towels from the Bodmin and Wenford Steam Railway and the Tamar Otter Sanctuary -- exciting stuff, huh – but not any longer. No! Now we have been converted to the one true way. The ‘I’d Rather Be Riding My RealClassic’ tea-towel has entered our lives and our kitchens and domestic drudgery will never be the same again! You too can cheer up the chores by using an RC tea-towel, or give one to a chum for Christmas. It’s got to be good for a chuckle, hasn’t it? Especially if you happen to know the sort of chap who does almost anything to avoid helping out in the kitchen… The RC tea-towel is super-sized at 48 x 78cm and made of 100% non-bleached cotton with a weave that’s especially designed to make it extra absorbent. The tea-towel is hemmed on two sides, with other edges finished by selvedge (err… no, not really sure what that means, but it’s something technical to do with tea-towels). The best bit of the RC tea-towel is, of course, the design that’s splashed across it in bright blue, colour-fast ink. What would you rather be doing – the washing up, or riding your real classic? No competition, surely! But even if you can’t get out of the drying up, you can at least mop the dishes and dream of summer days, dry roads and really wonderful rides… Tea-Towels Now Sold Out
There now. That’s made the washing-up a little more light-hearted. What next? Mowing the lawn always seems like a chore… |
