You can get an immediate response from other RC readers in a number of ways, via our message page. This won't put you in direct contact with the RC Crew but can be very helpful if you have a query about old bikes and need some help straight away

In general, we answer magazine-related enquiries within 48 hours.

Subscription, renewal and back issue orders are processed continually, and you should receive a reply confirming your order within three working days.

Classified ads are normally updated each week.

The events list is normally updated every fortnight.

Merchandise and regalia are sent out in a big batch once a week, so you should receive your order within two weeks (for UK deliveries). You should receive a reply confirming your order within three working days.

Please bear in mind that RealClassic is run by a very small team so we can't always reply to chatty emails straight away -- we receive around two hundred mails a day, and give priority to orders and time-sensitive adverts. When we're on a deadline it may take a little longer than usual to reply. Thanks for being patient.
