You can get an immediate response from other RC readers on our message board. This won't put you in direct contact with the RC Crew but can be very helpful if you have a query about old bikes and need some help straight away

In general, we answer magazine-related enquiries within 48 hours.

Subscription, renewal and back issue orders are processed continually, and you should receive a reply confirming your order within three working days.

Classified ads are normally updated each week.

The events list is normally updated every fortnight.

Merchandise and regalia are sent out in a big batch once a week, so you should receive your order within two weeks (for UK deliveries). You should receive a reply confirming your order within three working days.

Please bear in mind that RealClassic is run by a very small team so we can't always reply to chatty emails straight away -- we receive around two hundred mails a day, and give priority to orders and time-sensitive adverts. When we're on a deadline it may take a little longer than usual to reply. Thanks for being patient.
